You can't go wrong taking your car to BPG. From start to finish the experience is a mixture of competence and friendliness, largely due to the tone set by the owner Dave Richardson. After a complete diagnosis done by specialized BMW technicians with the use of high-tech equipment, all the problems are pin-pointed and an itemized report generated. Then Dave painstakingly explains the report so you understand exactly what the problem is and what work needs to be done to remedy it; at times he even uses computer-generated photos so you can actually see the problem. Usually when leaving a dealership, I have a feeling of being 'had.' When I left BPG I felt only gratitude and assurance that finally I'd found a top notch place with people I could trust. I am impressed with the service that I received from Bavarian. The business model is like non other that I have ever received. The auto technicians know their work. They provide me proof of what is wrong with the car before the work is done. Dave also took his time to explain to me in layman’s terms everything that needs to be done. He makes me feel very comfortable doing business with him.

I brought in my 650 because I had been hearing a grinding noise in the brakes and suspected that I needed new pads. Of course, the day after I made the appt, the noise stopped, but I still brought the car in. Dave was great, the place is amazingly clean and his dog is darn cute. They arranged a low cost rental for me and I was off. A couple hours later, Dave calls and tells me the pads have plenty of meat on them and they inspected everything and it all looks fine.. Something probably got stuck under one of the pads and finally got free. So I get there to pick up my car, and there was no charge, except for the rental, which is totally fair as its from Hertz anyway. I was really impressed with their honesty. I was totally prepared to drop several hundred bucks that I obviously didn't need. I'm not sure if other independent shops would have been that honest, but I'm glad Bavarian was.

Dave and the team at Bavarian Performance Group are great - they were responsive, explained everything, and did an excellent job, including a nice exterior/interior wash!Top notch BMW repair experience.
