Another great experience at Bavarian Performance Group. Issue with my BMW and had it fixed in 1 day. This is the place to take your BMW to for any type of service.

Have had our car serviced here before and will continue to do so. It's so easy to schedule appointments online, and we get emails confirming our time. Service is efficient, friendly and very reasonable, and they know what they're doing. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Decent dealer alternative but not any cheaper. These guys are great in every way and go out of their way to help you. Customer service is great and all. I just wish they were a bit more reasonably priced since my experience shows they charge the same as the dealer without providing any additional benefits as a loaner car, etc. I still use them because I prefer dealing with small local businesses, it's hard to commend them to friends who are looking for a cheaper alternative to BMW dealers.
