BPG has been taking care of my 128i for years now. The service is always excellent, on-time and on-estimate. They quickly and accurately diagnose what needs to be done, and, because they know what they're doing and know BMWs inside and out, have never uncovered any unpleasant surprises in doing the work. They proactively inform me of anything that will need attention later (and estimate how much "life" is left in whatever they've noticed), which both keeps me confident in the car and prepares me for upcoming maintenance requirements. They are always available to answer questions. In the latest example of their service and trustworthiness, I suspected I needed an alignment due to the less-than-stellar roads I drive. They asked what led me to think it was an alignment issue, and based on that, they came to a different expectation. Checking the car, it turned out to be a wheel-balance issue, which they quickly corrected (and at very substantially less expense). Another positive experience with Andy and crew.
