Let's face it, maintaining a German car is not cheap but Dave and his team make everything possible to still make it enjoyable. Sending pictures and actual data on the parts that need to be replaced is one of the key things of their approach when most of the car shops I have been too will just tell what they have to replace. The communication system in place is also very good in order to make decisions on repairs or not. I do not regret my choice!

I love the service that I get at Bavarian. I have been bringing my car here since 2012. They have always offered me the best customer service. I brought my car in last night for an oil change and a few other assorted things and it was finished this morning first thing. They had sanitized it as well, so no concerns about Covid bringing your vehicle here. Dave and the other mechanics and technicians always makes me feel so welcome and go the extra mile to keep my car running smoothly as well as being very accommodating, helping me feel safe during these crazy times.

Bavarian is amazing. They are easy to schedule, finish on-time as promised, explain things clearly to us non-car people, and provide an accurate estimate (which is less than the dealership). They will let you know if something is a serious priority or if it can wait a little bit. I have been going there for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with the service.
Dave and the team were super helpful throughout the repair process and the invoice / reporting system helped to create a seamless experience.
I appreciate the quick report on the condition of my car and your followups on completion of the work. My only complaint is that the failure of the TPMS to reset was not fully addressed (otherwise would have been five stars).
