I liked that service was quick and I felt I spoke with someone knowledgeable and who was eager to help. Re-stocking fees are a thing of a past though, very few companies charge customers to make returns, this could deter me from coming back for more parts.

I bought a 2003 M5 that needed a large amount of work to bring it back to M5 standards. Dave and Andy worked with me along the way keeping me posted on what was needed. They always provided options and in fact directed me at times away from more expensive options. I can not speak high enough of my experience and would highly recommend anyone BMW owner to make Bavarian Performance Group their primary service location.

Great service - guys painted the hubs on new rear rotors to stave off rust and match the fronts without me even asking- nice touch and attention to detail! Will be customer for a long, long time.

The service I received by their excellent mechanics was great. I will never again take my BMW to a dealership. You cannot beat excellent service at an affordable prices.
