Mine was a first visit to replace a cracked expansion tank. The service was efficient and friendly with no no inflation with unnecessary additions and the rate reasonable within the realm of BMW repairs. I also liked the receipt readout which was clearly laid out. Since it was a first visit I am giving a 4, but I will certainly use them again.
Dave was good enough to schedule me in for a tire installation despite the busy week. Great service overall!
In response to my questions, the mechanics clearly identified areas that did NOT have problems. This honesty inspired confidance and saved me money.
Routine or special project, BPG manages to do it all at the highest level. Always alert to a potential issue, they allow the conscientious owner to be pro-active in maintaining cars that are special, but happiest when diligently looked after.
