I was looking to have performance upgrades to my 2014 BMW M6 and reached out to BPG. In speaking with them they were exceptional in all aspects of working with me. Their knowledge of BMW is expert and equally as important was their customer service. They were honest in what could or couldn't be done and never tried to up-sell me on anything. I would and will recommend BPG to anyone who owns a BMW.

The whole team is dedicated to getting your car fixed right. They are fair, honest and as professional as you could want. Don’t go to a BMW dealership. Save yourself some money and get much better service with this shop. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I took my X3 there for annual service/maintenance and did oil change, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, plus the thrust arm bushings replacement as the old ones were worn out a bit. When we found that there's a small adjustment needed after picking it up, Dave and his crew did a very thorough job the next morning and completely fixed the issue. The whole repair process was timely and they did a good job communicating to customers options for repair/replacement with detailed pictures and descriptions via phone, email, and texting. In addition, they did a good job sanitizing the car and used lock boxes in an ear of COVID. That was reassuring. We are impressed by their professionalism, dedication, responsiveness, and enthusiam and will definitely come back!
