First time customer. Made an on-line appointment, BPG sent an immediate confirmation email to me and followed up with a phone call confirming my appointment. The day of service, they emailed me a quote for a failing water pump. Because of parts availability, the service took longer than expected. The day I picked up my car, Dave explained the delays outside of their control. Service was outstanding and cost well below what it would cost at a BMW dealership.

Was happy with the service received. Car feels like new. Mechanic found some work that needs to be done in the future and Dave had an estimate ready when I got the car back. Wasn't pushy or anything about getting it fixed at BPG but I will happily return.

Dave Richardson was very helpful in dealing with my situation. I had used my own BMW independent mechanic for a number of years, but needed to come to BPG to get the issues with my car resolved - as I had been without my car for approximately three weeks. Dave took the time to listen to my situation, guide me through the BPG process, and kept me informed of the process on my car. As discussed with Dave, BPG is my new mechanic for my BMW.
