Our beloved 325xi needed some preventative maintenance and Bavarian Performance Group took care of us. They clearly explained everything and the completed the work on time and on budget while being great to deal with. Customer service seems to be a forgotten art... but these guys have it down.

My service was great. I do need to have my air conditioning looked at again as it is still not working correctly.

These guys get it from start to finish. From the moment Dave schedules your appointment to thanking you for your business when you leave. I can go to another BMW Service center but choose not to because of the quality service and quality expert repair work.

I found a fantastic 2004 X5 with low mileage. I brought the car from the (generic) dealership to Bavarian Performance Group to do a once-over on the car before I negotiated a sale price and bought it. After about an hour, Pat and Dave came back and listed 8 problems with the car -most of which were MAJOR issues. The X5 looked perfect. Very clean, new tires, new rotors and brakes. If I hadn't taken the car to BPG and gotten their expert opinion, I'd be sinking potentially upwards of $8k into this car. I just wish I could warn future buyers who look at this car. As much as I wanted to buy this X5, I walked away on the advice of BPG. Thanks guys, you really saved me a LOT of problems!
