I really appreciate thorough explanations and thoughtful advice direct from people who have actual experience. In 4 years of warrantee dealer service I never even MET an actual mechanic. At Bavarian there is never a problem talking directly to Andy or John and looking over the problem in detail, in the shop and under the car if appropriate.

Took me right away, diagnosed the problem, replaced the alternator and got me the car back in one day. Thanks.

Car is perfect. I'm amazed looking at the alignment spec sheet- it came out perfectly symmetrical left/right and EXACTLY the specs I discussed with Andy. Dave treats me like I dropped off an M6, not an 8 year old 3-Series. I'm very impressed. Thanks again.

Mine was a first visit to replace a cracked expansion tank. The service was efficient and friendly with no no inflation with unnecessary additions and the rate reasonable within the realm of BMW repairs. I also liked the receipt readout which was clearly laid out. Since it was a first visit I am giving a 4, but I will certainly use them again.

Dave was good enough to schedule me in for a tire installation despite the busy week. Great service overall!
